TERMS OF SERVICE & RENTAL INFRASTRUCTURE POLICIES

    1. SCOPE OF ENGAGEMENT & PRODUCTION RESERVATIONS

    Stage Audio Productions ("SAP") provides premium studio workspace bookings, live production management, and backline equipment rentals. By utilizing our on-site facilities, executing online custom inquiry forms, or initiating calendar booking widgets, the client agrees to be legally bound by these operational frameworks.

    2. WIDGET SCHEDULE LOCKS & DEPOSIT STRUCTURES

    All room reservation blocks initiated through our automated booking endpoints are held conditionally. Dates are considered officially locked only upon administrative clearance, verified financial authorization, and execution of formal staging agreements. SAP reserves the right to cancel unverified blocks to preserve facility continuity.

    3. RENTAL LIABILITY & ON-SITE LIABILITY INSURANCE (COI)

    Clients engaging in full-scale live production or backline equipment rentals are strictly liable for the physical integrity of all assigned assets. Prior to equipment load-out or studio staging access, corporate clients and tour coordinators must provide a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming Stage Audio Productions as an additional insured. Equipment subjected to weekly diagnostic testing must return in optimal operating baseline status.

    4. CANCELLATION, STRIKE TIMELINES, & FORCE MAJEURE

    Technical allocations, engineering dispatches, and multi-room studio frameworks involve complex logistical mapping. Cancellation parameters, non-refundable deposit terms, and event postponement rules will be explicitly enforced based on individual technical rider scopes. Neither party shall be held liable for show delivery disruptions resulting strictly from verifiable Force Majeure conditions.

    5. LEGAL DISPUTES & JURISDICTION

    These Terms of Service shall be governed, interpreted, and enforced in complete accordance with the structural laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
